With its origins in a traditional home kitchen full of rich flavors, the dream of opening up a restaurant turned into reality when Nobu Hibachi & Sushi was founded in 2000.

What started as a small and humble Japanese Restaurant has grown into what it is today, completely transforming Mt. Juliet with its original dishes and inviting atmosphere.
